so my buddy and I are possibly gonna buy a small plot of land in vienna ny near stone barn state forest.  its going to be a hunting/vacation spot once we put a cabin on it.  the area is nice and being so close to the lake is a huge plus.  any of you guys hunt up that way?  how is it?  deer? small game? grouse? etc?.....
