HectorBuckBuster
If ALL gun owners do not step up and start to make some noise and vote, all your guns will be restricted. They just keep chipping away at our gun rights alittle at a time. All the people that say oh it does not effect me, it will someday effect you and then it could be too late. http://bearingarms.com/came-bolt-actions/?utm_source=thdailypm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=nl_pm
Setters4life
It's simply a matter of time. Look how much things have changed in the last half-century with restrictions, laws, bans, etc. One can envision where we are headed in the next fifty years. Mr VJP
The problem is, a lot of gun owners who only have hunting rifles that are standard bolt actions and lever guns, etc., despise gun owners that have AR's & AK's. They have a real holier than thou attitude and actually side with the anti's on banning them. They were shocked, however, when they didn't object to the SAFE Act, only to find it has parts that infringe on their guns and ammo in other ways. To this day they don't want the SAFE Act repealed, only changed so it won't affect them. These gun owners need a real come to Jesus intervention by the rest of the state's gun owners. sits in trees
Problem a lot of gun owners/shooters/hunters are 50+ men who own only Bolt guns and don't care to own military style rifles. The bigger problem is these guys are still a very sizeable portion of what gun owners are in NY state and they have been chastised, labeled Fuds and even belittled for their opinions on firearms. That's really the last thing you wanna do to a huge portion of gun owners. Look around you, I belong to 2 gun ranges/clubs and the guys shooting at these clubs are mostly older retires who own no AK47s or AR15s, they own Win model 70s, Rem 700s. To many of them not being able to own a military style rifle with 30 round mags is a none issue. Seems sometimes as gun owners and sportsman we forget who we are. AaronBlaine
man that is one sexy ass rifle! I mean that thing looks like it fell out of a time capsule. The tagging feature is just incredible and if that scope system was used to tag and smoke a terrorist then my hats off to the developers. However think about this the next time you decide to take a youngster hunting. Or a friend to the range. The constitution is what our forefathers fought for and MANY have given there lives for. It is to be protected and the second amendment most of all. It was created for a reason and I believe that reason stands true to this very day.
