Don't say malafakys - they close real early in the day- quattros doesn't take field dressed deer(only boned out venison to be processed and that only after thanksgiving).

Warm temps are making me nervous - I like butchering myself but still need a place to cool it down if successful (we stay for 2-3 days since it's a bit if a trip)
