Well my buddy just texted me and wants to run his GSP tomorrow morning on Pheasants....I hate taking a hunt away from Bow season but its nice to mix it up.  Only problem the last two seasons this has bit me in the ARSS...

 

Two years ago duck hunting the widest 6 point I have ever seen walked up to us within ten yards with snot and drool dripping out of his face.... then last year we went goose hunting and again the overall biggest 6 I have ever seen walked up to us in our ground blinds.....tall, wide, long brows.... again well within bow range!

 

If this happens again tomorrow that's it...I'm not hunting another thing the rest of my life during bow season! fingers crossed all we see are some ringnecks haha
