BH209 with CVA

Anyone on here shooting BH209 out of a an older CVA break action? I have the optima pro and was thinking about switching to BH209. I have the prior 2010 version before the quick breech system that now offers a breech specifically for BH209 but will not fit my older gun. I have seen where people have modified the breech by drilling out the flash hole, but I think this is mainly for cleaning out the carbon. Any ideas?

My optima has the new breach plug and I still drilled it out instead of buying the special one and it shoots perfect only powder I will use for a long time. Just make sure you use a hot primer I have had great luck with rio's

Thanks for the input! I went ahead and got it anyways and shot it 4 times without any mishaps. what a great powder so far. Every tc shockwave i reloaded went down like butter. I went with the CCI 209M primers as they call for on the website. looking forward to shooting something with this now! Far cleaner than my triple 7. Wish I had switched to this earlier!
