growalot Posted February 11, 2015 Share Posted February 11, 2015 Yep went to the Gym today and increased weights 20#'s...did all exercises,stretching and weights..then hit the bike for 6.5 and the tread mill for 1.5.....Walked away....and no pain!!! I'm barely tired.....
