so mow or no...

Recommended Posts

I planted my max attract and now the grains are just on the cusp of stalks about a foot high...it says a mowing is possible but not sure I should...thinking there is just so much in there to eat that the grains getting tall by hunting would give them incentive to bed down...I already have them bedding 5 yards in front of my blind in the clover...at 5:30 in the morning...I may have to do sleep overs or just afternoon hunts... There seems to be a regular daytime visitor I hope to see on the 16th if the new property fails to fill the tag..I've been hearing about him from ppl but he spent last week doing all day time photo ops.......It will be interesting if he is a day traveler, whether he actually makes it to the 16th....hhmmm.

Having 13 plots spread out over 73 acres...there's no telling where any of them will be ....I found another wild apple loaded with fruit.... good sweet yellows..not sure how I missed that all summer...and yet another 3 oaks dropping...of course the storm that blew through revealed those. going to be an interesting fall....
