growalot Posted September 20, 2015 Share Posted September 20, 2015 Yep I have been good all year and even managed to avoid my usual July/August injuries....but I have been climbing ladders and practicing and climbing ladders and using a hammer..The ACL is saying no more and my shoulder I feel just lifting my coffee cup...no more practice for me...I'll rest it and have the PT guys give me some work out tips to avoid further problems...Good thing I have been having some really good sessions...
