Had to cut gym short the PT guys said I need to keep the shoulder immobile for a while and get the swelling down...Dr. on the 29th so we'll see what he says ..I will be bow hunting no doubt...For that extra time I spent checking out the other side of new place...I found an abandoned hang on...the person put screw in's in one of his oak and they are near eaten buy the tree he also padlocked it with a cable and the stand strap is broke from growth....The great thing I found was not one but 2 small ponds and two loaded apple trees...the oaks are dropping like mad and I found several trails ..rubs every where a complete doe skeleton and half a 6 point rack. unfortunately bunches of long neck brown bottles and 1 golf ball... I came  out near his house and a shooting range so I need to find out if that is his or his brothers. I went up the very steep seasonal road the town had worked on...barely my anti skid was on the whole time and I have good tires...the land across from him is a sanctuary...the property above a hunting camp heavily posted... the ponds and apples are in the heavy 50-60 yard flat area at the bottom of hill just before it goes to a cut hay field that is 50 yards to the landing strip/drive then the farmers rental where he just planted winter grains...I went mid day and believe I may have kicked up a couple...So the winds were ESSE and blew from the field to the woods...if I drive to the dirt road and park near where he allowed the town vehicles to park I can walk the woods edge with a climber...all flat and slip in near or between the two ponds...just loaded with oak...it would need to be a afternoon hunt for I found beds in the hay field ...they will transition there before feeding in the open field at night...the main road will give me a chance to park some evening and watch what they are doing from a distance...perhaps predawn as well.....
