why is nothing simple?...

So I mentioned...that one daughters dog had to have a tumor removed from her face...that went well ...but 500.00!...was sent in Dr. said "medical term" it was an angry tumor?

 

Next they denied my gym membership claim.. not accredited?? Really it is the same building my physical therapists are in! What more did they want?...Well.....I called Excellus and told them...explained why I chose the gym and what I've lost  inweight and my BP meds were cut inhalf...plus I have stayed out of surgery...fix it! For this is saving not only my health but them money! They use a subcontractor...well they did and it went from you have to file a grievance...to no problem we are resubmitting....All it took was me pulling up the web site  and stating the membership fees...for them to look at my paper work again and say..oopppsss I see this was read wrong, it's clearly stamped such and such....This makes me wonder who in California they had reading these things Though give these ladies from both Excellus and American Speciality Health credit...both were very good to deal with Thank you...But I the customer STILL have to call them in a few weeks to " Check up to make sure we did the resubmit" ...Really????! They actually told me  basically ,,hey we can't be trusted so you need to stay on us.
