Beef tallow/frying oil.Has any of you ever tried rendering your own Beef tallow?I have been told that this is the best oil for deep frying so I am going to try rendering myself.

I can only guess that no one likes beef fat.Must be a Diet that you all are on.Does any one not even use lard anymore?I am a young guy but homemade is still the best cooking ever.
