Was doing at 4a.m. today...rotating shelves in the dehydrator...My second 1/4 bushel of Roma tomatoes drying...this filled a 32oz Cottage cheese container...they will be vacuum sealed like the others..Wow what flavor packed little pieces of heaven..It's so intense,but the tomatoes have had great flavor this season.
