Where do I go or what box do I check or uncheck to stop every one of my posts from being sent to my home email???? Dang

You can set it in your user settings as well. I dont have any notifications besides for PMs. I never have to uncheck anything. Hang on Ill find it for ya.

Go to "Profile", then "Account Settings", on the page that comes up click on "Modify Profile" and "Notifications". You can change it in there.
