Tivoli Bays?

Curious if anyone has had positive experiences deer/turkey hunting at Tivoli bays the last couple seasons and if you could give any tips for a newbie?

A lot of College kids walk thru land to get to town. I also came across lots of dog walkers as well. It's a hit or miss. I Crow and Coyote hunt the area only.
