I met him yesterday in Stamford.  He was Pataki's DEC Commissioner.  We talked Grouse hunting and he invited me to call him and grouse hunt with him.  I believe he is the CEO of the Ruffed Grouse Society right now.  I wasn't able to get his phone number, but have a few ways to try and contact him.  I was just wondering if he frequents this site or if anyone knows him.
