Pentagon: 7 in 10 Youths Would Fail to Qualify for Military Service

This article is three years old, but the evening news reported tonight that the rate is at 70% of youth are unfit.  Not a big change.  With some exceptions for real medical disqualifications, what kind of youth is America raising in the year 2017?
