Walmart and 911 responses

Came up in another thread ,someone mentioned Buffalos’ super Walmart and police responses, I mentioned each generated on average 1,000  responses per year .  Here’s one of many news articles on the problem , keep in mind it focus only on police responses, and often ,like for Od’s,fights and accidents with injuries you’ll get fire and ems to, so one 911 call generates three responses.
