so Black Bear is now fair game in Westchester, Putnam, etc in 2011....anybody ever see any bears?

There was a picture in the Poughkeepsie Urinal (Journal) of a picture of 3 black bears in a yard in Dover. Cool picture one was standing up drinking out of a bird feeder. Sorry I couldnt find the link to post it, but they are all around now.

Took one in 4W back in 1994 it was 234#. Have seen 2 since in the summer months but none during hunting season.
