Any engineers or convenience store people?

Not sure how to total this. Ha ha.

A close friend is building a gas station/convenience.  He has looked at newer (1-2 YEARS OLD)  dispensees and canopies. Of course in NY we need engineered plans. Everybody he has talked too insists on using  new equipment . To the tune of $100000+ for a decent size set-up. It's not rocket science I'm sure we can tear down and put together a used system. 

Anybody with any experience with this  or suggestions on companies to contact?
