Deer Processor Southern Tier (8Y)

Looking for a quality deer processor in the Chemung County area. As the deer now know exactly where the NY/PA border is and don't cross it my fathers old processor in PA is no longer an option. Thanks in advance for any help

I have used caton meat market in pine city the past few years. This year I used cooley in alpine cause I wanted some bacon cheddar burger made. And Cooley ring bologna is excellent.

Thanks @Just Lucky I am sure the old man is going to complain that they are about an hour from us, but the way I see it we have much better options than we had yesterday. Do you know if they are using vacuum pack bags or wrapping in freezer paper?
