What a good sabot slug for the Benelli sbe2...Any one

Buy a box of each kind and pattern them. When you are done, pick the one that patterns the best.

I have had real good patterns with my Benelli SBE-2, with Federal slugs, I do have the rifled slug barrel. That may help.

I should add to this reply that I used the 3" magnum Sabot Slug. My slug barrel is rifled. I have not used this gun for deer in several years, since they opened up rifle use in my area. I now only use it for Turkey hunting.

Thank's I use lightfields ... All ways interested in another load.... Yes I do know to buy a few diffrent brands trying to ask first ... keep the cost down

Thing is though, every shotgun shoots a little different, even the same make and/or models, so you never really know unless you test for yourself. I know slugs arent cheap though, sighting in my shotgun and patterning it has cost a good chunk of change, and Im not done yet.
