sweet old bill
I moved from that area about 6 years ago. My other house was on One EYe road in North Pharsalia, my land backed up to the 7500 acreas of state land. If you plan on bow hunting you should do well, the deer herd is on the way back in the area. You will not see a lot of pressure in the state woods but come opending day of gun the orange tide is in from NYS and parts North. Lots of people pushing deer in the area. I sure miss hunting there were I am now no open land and or state land. Everthing posted and no one gives you permission unless you are family. good luck and I am sure you will do good. Lots of the area also had old apple trees and semi open fields. I do recommend in Spet you take a weekend to just scout the area for opening day of bow. I always used naturla ground blinds and did well over the years.
