I just got land owner permission to hunt Pound Ridge. Private property. I could hunt off the guys deck. It's 10 feet high. This person says I can take beautiful bucks from his deck.

The neighbors house may be within 500', Which I can probably get the neighbor to agree. It is a residental area, and every house is only so many acres. So if the deers runs and beds, I'd likely be on someones elses property, which may pose another problem.

Are there any other rules for Pound Ridge besides my thoughts above. ?
