ISO Broome/ Tioga county Lease

Hello all,

I am in search of a yearly lease, 50-100 acres in either Broome or Tioga county. Allowing food plots is a must. I am a veteran, responsible, and have insurance. It has been an absolute pain to try and find something elsewhere, so I figured this might show to be fruitful.

Have you checked in with Cotton Hanlon Timber company? I lease from them and that area had many properties

I have not. I've looked into Basecamp, Hunting Lease Network and other outlets like that. Everything that I've discovered so far in my area is already claimed.

Looked into it. Definatly a great resource, but anything that is remotely near me is leased out. Appreciate it.
