so he buys property 1.5-2 hours away, is he just gonna do day trips there? why wouldn't you want a cabin, even a small basic one to be able to multiday trips, or just to get outta the weather -
How many times do you call to a turkey?
waterweasle replied to ATbuckhunter's topic in Turkey Hunting

ohh more horror, another one with the buck it killed and the damage it did( this is in 5.56) as you can see, the ar platform is entirely incapable of taking deer...........stunning that these guns operate on a 100 year old technology, yet some people are afraid of them -

I have the condor( I think that's it) the over under, in 12ga, beat the snot outta it and it goes bang everytime I pull the trigger, not the greatest fit and finish, but like I said, I beat the snot outta it

my father in law has the henry in 22mag, the sights, and the bands that hold the feed tube and barrel together are plastic, the barrel actually sits a little cockeyed, another buddy had 3 different henrys in 44mag...........they all got sent back numerous times for issues, he sold the last one and bought a marlin, hasn't looked back.....................lol I wouldn't take a henry as a gift I've owned 3 savages, 2 in 17hmr( one I sold) and a 338 lapua, they all ROCK, get one with the accutrigger
