We're in the BX, its close for us compared to FBF and ProLines. I do go to ProLines for everything else, including long range time if I've got 3-4 hrs to kill. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

I also made my own target out of a bag from rice. Stuffed with some rags and tested it yesterday, excellent on the cheap. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Sounds like FBF is your best bet. If you also fish, ask them if that pass is also good for night time fishing there. 2 birds with one stone. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Dude, climbing trees in the city is probably a ticketable offense down here. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Its a parking pass for FBF, so you can bring as many people as you'd like and split the costs. I was going to head to ProLines yesterday as well, but decided do a quick shoot and hit the DEP property for a short sit. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Don't shoot our bow anywhere in Brooklyn outside of Floyd Bennett Field. You'll get in trouble with the authorities for discharging a firearm within city limits. Drive over to ProLines or come on up to Westchester at Blue Mountain Sportsman Center. ProLines is indoors up to 20 yards, and Floyd is outdoors but you should bring our own targets(not realistic for most city folk). You will also need a parking pass for Floyd($40 a year or so). ProLines is your best bet if you may need some help and products. Good luck. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Costco sells the chemical hand warmers, comes out to less than 25 cents per pack, or 50 cents per pair. As for saving the pack for use later in the day, just toss it in a ziplock bag and squeeze all the air out. No air, no chemical reaction. You'll get much more heat and longer lasting packs that way. There are also reusable packs as well that you can see hundreds of times, they're heavier and doesn't last as long, but pays for itself in time. Seems like thin gloves/muffs and warmer combo is the way to go. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Blah blah blah, generalizations. Just here alone, you have a lot of guys that have used both, preferring one over the other. Where is your basis on these unfounded facts? You yourself use the magical fluid to "quiet" down the rest. Now all of a sudden its not "noisy"? Please. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Speaking of OS, make sure the OS that comes with the system is 64 bit, and just upgrade ram at a later time. Ram is dirt cheap to upgrade, so don't be afraid to donut 2-3 years down the road. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

It's not the rest that people hate on, its the people that seem to think its a superior rest to others on the market. You're right, it is a simple rest. But they have their disadvantages. The problem comes with those that can't admit to that fact and make excuses as to its cons. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

My first computer was a PowerSpec, a Microcenter brand. Purchased it in MA, before NY ever had any. They run decent Black Friday sales as well. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Sorry I missed this.. I'll send you a PM. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems -
350 shouldn't be too hard to find, Black Friday is also right around the corner. Then there's cyber Monday, etc etc. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

HP, Compaq, same company. Decent laptops for personal use. IBM, Lenovo, same thing. If your son is playing online games with his previous notebook, its likely he will do the same with his new one. So if you want the dad of the year award, get him a higher end laptop such as the Alienware (Dell), XPS(Dell) or a high end Samsung, Acer, Asus, or other Asian brand cheapy. In terms of durability, they're all hit or miss with the exception of Sony, they will ALWAYS break on you 2 days after warranty. In terms of customer service, I've had my good and bad with all these companies, they all go through a phase of good then bad etc. Since I deal with Dell the most, I have the level 3 tech's numbers on speed dial so no worries there. Can't beat Dell's warranty! X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Dry fire? Shot it with some obstruction? Thick cloths? If none of these, I'd call the manufacturer to get a better understanding. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

No problem! Just think of me next time you want to toss them out! X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

I'm done then. See you later ants. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

I was just giving an example of some that ants may be calling a low life loser. He may happen to be a hunter that doesn't eat squirrel, but must shoot them to protect his financial assets. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems

Varmints are a life, so is a deer. Bragging about taking a varmint and taking a nuisance deer is no different, both can feed a family and both can be a nuisance. Seems like a case of the "high horse syndrome" to me, but that's one guy's humble opinion. BTW, let's not encourage illegal activity, any educated sportsman knows that a 6 year old cannot hunt wildlife legally. X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
-
So by your definition, anyone in the business of nuisance removal by method of killing is a low life loser. So those shooting groundhogs, crows, and sometimes fox and coyotes and brag about it are all labeled under this category by you. How do you feel about our very own DownwindOutdoors? No offense to anyone, but that post wasted my time and was misleading. I can't stand misleading regulation posts... Don't you? Btw, who was your instructor? X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems -
Great! The more people don't like the ribs, the better for me! I'm currently up to 3lbs of rid for 1lb of straps. I might get up to 5lbs to 1 this year?! X-Calibur Lighting Systems http://facebook.com/XCaliburLightingSystems
