I have to agree. If the poll was taken mostly downstate as opposed to upstate the results would be more in favor of the bill. Polls can be so inaccurate that they are not even worth paying attention to. But, unfortunately, enough people do.

Im getting to be the same way. This season I gave up one of my stands to my friend's son and he ended up arrowing a monster out of it. It was awesome watching this kid dance around and hi-five everyone. A couple of days later he tried to apologize to me for shooting the buck out of my stand. I couldn't have cared less. I just laughed, told him it was my pleasure and told him to get me a beer. I guess the older you get and the more deer you shoot, the more your attitude changes.

I hope you're right. The prices weren't too bad. A box of CCI mini mag 22LR was $7.00 (100 rds) and Rem. green and white box 223 was $8.99 (20 rds) At least 3 guys ahead of me asked for 357. The counter guys handed them boxes and they left with them. When they called my number I asked for some 357. Thats when the counter guys realized that they didn't have any 357 and had been handing out 327mag instead .By then the customers were long gone. I think there were some pissed off people the next day, especially with Ganders "no return" policy on ammo.

You should do a little research on that rifle. From what I have seen they can go for big bucks.

I think every life is precious until that life poses an immediate threat to the life of another person(s) who is not a threat to that person. Do you think that a new born baby's life is precious? Or the 80 year old grand mother? how about the parolee who is actively shooting at a cop and has him pinned down behind his patrol car?
