i have had one since 2007 love it 67 grains imr 4198 300 grain bonded shock wave very consistant up to 300 yards just like any gun shoot it till it feel like part of you do everything the same an remember smokless powder is measured by weight not volume do your home work on it and you will be fine stay consistant is the key

hoyt rampage is nice same as the crx but with a mag riser and a little bit heaver for the price my self i would not go with hoyt alot of choices out there good luck

i tried the rage 2blade gave them away not for me... got sick of them popping open just walking to the stand i think they are sloppy while belly crawling trying to get a shot at one of the big bucks i chased all year they kept deploying every little thing they touched ...

i had the same thing happen with a black bear erussell i was on the ground getting ready to put my bow on the string to pull it up good thing i had a arrow knocked i alway walk to my stand with one knocked a pissed off huge black bear charged me i turned and drew at the same time hitting him at about 5 yards he ran right to the right of me with in 10' this was this year.. i think we are in for more encounters around here as males look for new teritory kind of scares me haveing young kids

i use jeff balmer.. its crazy how many hacks are out there .... the first thing i look at is the antler placement and if its streched right in the mouth aera.. it drives me nuts when a see a buck with the horns to far back the peticle should line up with the v at the back of the eye
