Four Season Whitetail's

Some of you amaze me with your partial research and pick and choose what parts you like to post about a story. First off the guy that had the cases was not a farmer but a taxidermist. He was also rehabilitated whitetails that were brought to him out of the wild herd by the DEC themselves to rehab and release. The animals that were positive were around his specimens and waste from his heads to be mounted that were brought into him from every corner of the country. Hence the positives inside and a couple outside he released. A little more research will show you that Michigan found their case at a Taxidermist that had deer. You want to see why CWD is in Pa? Research the flight of the birds and the cases of CWD found. You will also see how the PA DNR could care less with their practices. Only Larry believes that we have a threat to humans because some White Coat took a needle and syringe and injected some prions directly into a monkeys brain! Yeah that is a natural vector. Do the research yourselves and you will find nothing but a political disease that some state s used to collect all kinds of research cash and to try and shut down their biggest competition. Had that done by 10am. Now I have just been enjoying the day watching shows of hunters enjoying their hunts passing little bucks waiting for the big ones they have on trail cams on top of reading a couple magazines that have nothing but stories of big bucks while I shop for some new hunting products with nothing but pictures of big deer all over them. Again it's not just what I believe. It's a proven fact in every facet of deer hunting. Show me all those little bucks all the stories are wrote about. Or on every product sold. Lol. The fact I know is Moog located, tracked and set up to kill a big antlered deer. He was on a mission to kill the big deer he wanted. If moog could give to shits about antlers he would walk in the woods, sit down, enjoy all the lovely things us hunters enjoy and let the air out of the first legal antlered deer he saw. Hunt Over. He did none of that. He took all his time to find a big antlered deer and did his homework on that big antlered deer and killed the friggin thing. Not by accident He Hunted it!!! Nobody ever once said,,,only reason to hunt. I said antlers are the biggest driver in the hunting world and that's a fact. I said hunters wake up every morning just praying the biggest beast walks past. That's a fact. Bone drives the hunting world. Period. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

One could ask. Why did moog target a large antlered buck to begin with if he didn't care what buck filled his tag? If moog cares so much about only the experience why would he put all the work into locating, keeping track of and setting up in search of a larger antlered buck! Great land. Could sit about anywhere and see whitetails to harvest yet he targeted a larger one? I also continued to hunt with others after my buck tags were burned. But after I located, kept track of and killed the larger bucks I was after. Did I let many smaller walk. You bet ya. Why. Same reason you did. Antlers. You keep bringing up my business. I said from day one that antlers are the driving force in the Whitetail deer hunting world. Simple as that. And you just proved my point. You are no different then me and most hunters. Exactly. You can fill it in with any kind of fill you want but you were after the bigger set of antlers. Period. If it was just the hunt or just the meat you would kill the first buck thru! Same stand, same time in the woods, everything would be the same except what's on top of the head of that deer. Why didn't you target a crotch or 6 pointer?
