  1. HAHA! just inside 20? lol Come on i thought you were good out to 40 atleast? lol JK. Must be a tight spot huh?
  2. It is no different then you hunting over a corn field or in a Oak tree thats dropping acorns or in an apple orchard. Looks like he is using natual bait, not that acorn rage or apple crush etc... If its legal in your state do it IMO.
  3. Take me in there i will thwack a few. My dad likes to make them up.

  5. I shoot out there quite a bit... I see the same thing you do. people come out with there old aluminim arrow, draw lengths to long peep sight not in the right spot. then they talk to you about ohh i shot this huge buck last year he was 35 yards away... and the whole time your nodding your head and thinking bro you can't hit that paper plate at 20 yards but you shot a buck at 35... lol Those are the people that go there and talk more then they shoot, and like you said they are always looking for there arrows or looking at their gear. lol get some pretty good shooters out there also.
  6. Not any more... the foam targets i blow through. Went out there one weekend during the time of the fair, there was a rabid skunk in the grass, this dude walked within 15-20 feet of it and the thing didnt even know he was there. called the cops they showed up when we were leaving. You shoot your bag out there or do you use their bales?
  7. I have a gorilla g 20 harness. Great harness. snaps in quick, its comfortable, and has the longer 30" tether. a short tether cost me a deer last year. when i was drawing i hit the tether with my elbow, tree bark made a noise, the deer took off. get a good harness you wont be disappointed
  8. I have the Comfort Zone Stealth Climber... It is a tank.... if you combine the 34 pounds that it weighs plus the weight of your pack, good chance you will be hauling around 50 pounds on your back... If your walking a distance to your tree you will be taking a few breaks. I had to buy the Molle II frame, straps and kidney belt to make it comforable to carry. I would advise you to buy something a little more expensive but lighter. API makes a few affordable stands that weight in the low to mid 20 lbs... But if you insist on getting that climber there are some positive to it... it climbs nice, i always felt secure in it. never had it slip or move when climbing or standing in it. It has a longer platform then most lighter aluminum stands (summit viper) so if your a bigger guy this will make you more comfortable in the stand. the front bar is removable so you can make it a hand climber and shoot a bow standing down if the opportunity arised. If i had to grade this stand i would give it a C+/B- due to the fact of the weight of it.
  9. I have 3 COC and 3 Trophy tips i will have in my quiver... the only problem i have is i only have a 5 arrow quiver... which on do i leave out 1 COC or 1 Trophy tip... Decisions Decisions.
  10. Deer still have to eat... They will be gorging themselfs right now to bulk up before there is not anymore food.
