First cook, so I kept it simple...
Have some bugs to work through to make things go smoother, but overall things went well and the grub was delicious. Any particular brand of paper towels that doesn't leave lint all over while cleaning the griddle surface? Or is lint just considered flavor for the next cook?

Not sure I understand the rings for the eggs. I have them cause they came in the pancake kit but don't love them
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkDefinitely help with saving surface space as once cooking I can move them around a bit and makes flipping for over easy easier

How was it? I can’t enjoy stouts. Too sweet usually
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk ProLoooong slow sipper. The barrel is perfect marriage with the coconut. Probably the best beer I’ve ever had. And I’ve only had 6 beers in my life

Summer Starry Noche started as a carefully-selected
blend of Medianoche batches aged for 19-34 months in
a variety of freshly-emptied bourbon and rye barrels,
including 15-year Sazerac Rye, 6-year Thomas H. Handy
Rye, 6-year E.H. Taylor Bourbon, 7-year Blanton's
Bourbon, and 12-year Elijah Craig Bourbon. The blend
was conditioned on more than 3 pounds per gallon of
toasted coconut flakes and raw coconut chips and
finished with toasted Macadamia Nuts.- 4

The speed and amount you can pump out and the kit pots and pans to clean is really the beauty of it.
Banged out 3 double smashburger and 2 singles (all with browned onions) and 4 hotdogs in no time the other night.
Almost too fast-only had one cocktail while cooking!!!!
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkCurious did you make the burgers right on the onions ?
Yes , cook time versus beer time I have to adjust to. Think I need a beer funnel hatdisclaimer : my smoker , standard air fryer and Sous vide riding the pine since getting a BS
