  1. Looking for a new stabilizer for my bow anyone know of any good stabilizers for under 75 bucks? I was looking at the 8 inch NAP apache stabilizer for about 50 bucks it seems like it's pretty good
  2. Today went by pretty well today. I shot a 276
  3. What should I expect for targets. All dear or is there gonna be a whole bunch of different ones?
  4. Going to my first 3D shoot Sunday in Waverly. And tips, pointers. Things I should bring etc.
  5. Quest rouge. Great starter bow. You'll love it
  6. For your first bow do some research on all the bows you think would be good for you. Look at both pros and cons. Go to a pro shop and say you want to shoot 6 bows. Shoot three for that day. After you shoot three you really aren't gonna be able to compare how bow one felt when you're on bow five. Out of those three the one that felt the best. Then the next day go shoot two more new bows along with your top pick from the day before. Then you'll get your self down to the three best feeling bows. Shoot those three. Then make your choice. I did that when I was looking for bows . Helps a lot.
  7. I'm pretty sure like dicks sporting goods stores sells them along with gander mountain and bass pro shops...I didn't think they could sell things that are illegal. Rages work great. Used them last year but moved on to a fixed blade. Good luck this season with which ever broadhead you use
  8. They sell the T3 in stores. Along with G5's new 2 blade mechanical. So they're legal. I know people who use them
  9. I don't know about you guys but to me they look promising.
  10. 1. How incredibly easy it is for everything to go from the best day turkey hunting...to the worst in about .25 seconds. 2. To be patient and not over call 3 I learned I'm hooked on hunting gobblers
  11. I'll have to check that one out. The dirt nap head is 34.99 for 3 with a life time guarantee. Replaced for any circumstances sounds pretty good to me. Ya bend or brake one ya send it back and they ship ya back a new one.
  12. Any one know anything about them. Thinking about picking up a couple packs soon. Look like a good head that will perform nicely
  13. This Tuesday is my last day to go out. Any tips or pointers on how to get a bird to come in?
  14. Any thing I should do differently if it starts to rain tomorrow...calling and decoy wise?
  15. That thing looks better then anything I've seen for sale in a store.
  16. Let's hope so. I'm hoping the 2 birds I saw last week come back
  17. If I set up just a jake trying to mate with a hen or on the process will he come in or say forget she's taken

    Wind

Came out this morning I didn't realize how windy it was. My blind was blown away. And decoys scattered across the field. Any tips on how to approach hunting in some pretty high winds?
  19. Had a great hunt this morning. Gobbling all morning. Finally about 25 minutes ago I called in to nice gobblers. They saw my hen decoys but wouldn't really get close to them. I accidentally spooked them off. They saw me move and get my bow. Are they gone for good? I sure hope not. But talk about an amazing hunt
