so how do you go about asking.... do you stop trailing the deer to go meet the land owners ? what are the chances you would pick back up the trail...

as long as you blend it in try and cover the edges with some natural foliage use some branches and leaves you should be ok

That weight plus your gear plus the elements could be a tough one

the experience I had on opening day last year will stay with me forever I cant even count how many times I checked myself to see if I was shot.. gun shots way to close for my comfort I don't kno if these guys were shooting at anything that moves in the woods and I was wearing my hunters orange scary

I have now decided to band my back and go as far in as possible hopefully no other hunters makes the trip that far in might be the best option

I realized that when it comes to hunting on public lands when u locate that perfect spot to set up on opening day go in the opposite direction cause everyone else will also be in that area and your chances have now gone down the drain... my idea is to head in the direction where there is the least deer activity and hope the other hunters push them my way

as a new hunter / shooter do you guys think I should adjust my trigger pull so that it becomes a little smoother I believe it's at the max right now which is like 5-6 pound pull I think

Delaware..... There were two guys like 100 yards away who were patrolling up and down for the entire time I was out and them there was like three other hunters who came in fired there rifle and left with no deer and I was in a blind but realized it made no sense because the other hunters were following tracks and would spook any deer that was close by
