Only sat for a few hours forgot my harness and the tree was shaking a lot. Unfortunately I'm scared of heights lol and the harness is like my confidence builder lol. Pulled cams all the activity is in the morning so I'll be back out Thursday in hopes to get the two nice bucks I saw that were there yesterday at 830am

Sitting in my stand I've seen all the activity at, now watch I'm here today but the deer are going to go back to my other stand loo

I got one but since the leaves have fallen I haven't seen any activity on it yet

Today's my birthday so hopefully I be able to get my first deer today right? Lol well heading out soon I can't wait

I was thinking of asking for permission lol but we all know when I would sit not one deer would show lol

Literally had a group of ten run by me couple hours before dark then on my way out i was driving down the road came across the bend and had a herd running across the road I was like wow there's all the deer lol then I looked into the feild and their was just soooo many deer lol

Last night when leaving I saw a herd of about 30 deer in a field, crazy I didn't think they herded up until later

My first year actually taking deer hunting serious and been doing a lot of practice with my bow, scouted and had a crap load of pics of deer by my stand. Now since the season started I got zero deer movement. Going to have to change something up I guess or else I'll go home empty handed for the 6th year in a row !

I have thought about taking a fawn but then again I feel bad. I know were hunters and we kill but when I drew on one I just thought about what my mother would say lol. I have not got a deer yet and I've been deer hunting for 6 years. I am in the mindset that if it's brown it's down lol but when it comes to fawns I'll let them walk atleast give them a chance and maybe next year they will be big and fat for me. Also I don't want to have my first deer be a 50lb fawn with one spot on it, that wont look to nice on the wall haha. -
Half day of work today then I coach football after our game I'll be out there lol

Debating on if is should make the afternoon hunt, play hockey on Sundays and fortunately it's a 9:20 game tonight. Now all I'm doing is trying to decide if I want Togo out or drink beer all day lol

You can hit a fawn any where basically and it will die, buddy practically hit it in the leg and it fell over lol -
First time out deer hunting I had the opportunity to shoot all my shells at doe, she even stood there and watched me reload. I was so nervous bullets were falling out of the tree lol.She stood there got a few more seconds and I got one last shot off, completely missed. That was my first experience with a deer in the woods lol. Buddy I was with called me and asked what I was shooting at cause it sounded like a war zone lol. I was young then lol

Had two fawns in front of me on Thursday, now I was thinking of shooting just cause I've never been able to seal the deal on a deer yet lol but then I saw the fat mother come out of the thicket and I just couldn't get me a clear shot so I just waited. I didn't want a fawn to be my first deer, I've passed on a bunch but I wouldn't mind taking their mother out lol. -
Took the first three days off from work, meaning right now I'm currently not hunting unfortunately. Going to try and get out tomorrow afternoon anyone know what the weather is gonna look like?

Found a dead fawn earlier, well what was left of it. It is what it is I guess right. If I happen to see a coyote I'll put an arrow in it but until deer season is over I'm gonna be looking for a deer regardless lol
