    So I found a frozen duck that I had left over from a box of samples I had from work. Decided to pull the breast off which will be tomorrow’s dinner, the legs and some of the fat will be made into confit and ultimately cassoulet. The rest is being roasted for duck stock.     I spoke to a few friends in the medical field, the reason for this is a patients heart needs to be check first and monitored. I can cause arrhythmia and lead to death.     I just wanted to put this out there. I spoke to a friend of mine again who is a nurse at a major NYC hospital. She said the need for vents is huge as they are intubating way more people than they expected. She said the caveat to that is once people go on a vent they are not recovering.     That one I just posted had the option to come with a electric heating element. You can set the temp so that you can burn off the foreshots then raise it and go straight into the hearts. I’m thinking for my first run probably some time mid July if things have calmed down I’ll do a small GTG and have a cigars and shine afternoon Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
