Tomorrow im taking the venison out of the brine. Its been in for a week now. I see that I need to simmer the venison in water til a internal temp of 165. The roast im using was already frozen. Should I cook it tomorrow and refrezze it. Or can I just freeze it and cook later when ready to eat?

Some perspective. I’m one a bunch of gun boards . On one , a guy in Oregon lives in county of 100 k , the one “ outdoor store “ got 60k rounds in one morning , limit two boxes per person, sold out by the end of the day .
Go to Buds online and put your slugs on back order , in a few months you’ll get them .
How do you get them on backorder. I've looked and see nowhere for that.

Not exactly, Tesla’s over $700 per share, apple’s around $130 and amazon is around $3200 per share.
So I bought an investment that’s returned 40% the last two days, now I can sell it and take my money and run or I can bet it goes higher and hope for even higher returns, but it’s a big guessing game with stocks and can be very risky. Maybe take that and buy a multifunctional or etf where your pooling your money with others and the guru of the fund makes the investments which can be a better option for most!So is it best to put $20 in and let it sit for awhile. I literally am learning as I go lol

Thinking of getting into Amazon, Microsoft and tesla because its mentioned alot on here. Never done stocks before. Is it best to put $20 in each and let it go and once I make $100 on it to cash out the $100 and keep going or what

I just made $250 on my bitcoin, not to bad for not knowing stocks. I think I'll cash my $250 out and keep my original $100 in to keep going. How can I join in stocks thats easy? Through a app?

Well add me to the positive numbers of the China virus. Got my positive result today. Was expecting it to be positive. Have had head cold symptoms (congestion, runny nose, cough) since Monday. Had a close contact with a positive. So here we go lol

I've got the masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. It does the job. I've had problems with the electric not working in certain 110 outlets. My guess are the outlets aren't putting out enough electric. Very frustrating when it quits because not enough juice to it. Other than that it works. I've had charcoal smokers, wont go back to hard to keep a consistent temp. My next smoker i think will be propane.

Going out tonight for some coyotes hopefully. Kinda new to this predator hunting. Figure were going to stand in a open field. Do we place the call upwind or down wind from us? And how far away
