finfeathr Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 $500 to 550$ is a fair price for a full size coyote...he charges 500 for a fox in kentucky 600 for a fox in NY ...NY fox must be bigger..... $500 for a lifesize coyote? Maybe back in the early '90's, but not now with the cost of tanning and supplies. I get $500-$600 for a fox/fisher/bobcat, depending on pose and shot damage, and $850 for a coyote...and there are MANY taxidermists that will not touch one for under $1000..Like Cantrell said, it's WAY more work than a deer head.
