Has anyone shot one of these ?

My understanding is that you can get them in either smooth bore or rifled.

can a rifled barrel shoot shot ?

Will a smooth bore be accurate with the .45 ?

seems like the old saying that when you design something to do two things it doesn't do either of them well.

That being said the thing is awesome and I want one.

Thoughts ?

The rifled bore is designed for the 410 slug and the .45 ACP.  The smooth bore is designed for shot shells only.

But want it for what?

410 shells out of a short  barrel are ineffective for...well, anything. For home defence the .45 round certainly has much more energy. That being a given, the gun is oversized for that, and one of many other handguns would be lighter and more compact. They are a novelty, good for show and nothing more.

45ACP  DOUBLE CHECK THAT I belive the 45 colt is correct the acp would need a moon clip or something the colt is a rimed caseing
