where someone asked about carrying two muzzleloaders? Well wed before the close, guy in my club missed. He was in a blind and actually got the chance to reload and fire again. Click! He forgot the cap. His solution, next year I'm taking two guns!! LMAO!!

i seen a guy carring two m/l rifles in DLSP on m/l sunday. he was also carring a ladder stand. just seems like too much stuff.

Yup. I carry a small back-pack with a thermos, flashlight, gloves and lunch. I was watching three guys in my club, they had these hard frame like mountain troop packs that must have weighed 50 lbs. Amazing what some people can carry.

I thought i would carry less this year because i had my tree stand. I have a seat with a pocket in it and didn't need that so i carried a backpack. I carried too much in, think i had in my head that i was moving in.

Paula, I'm putting a box under the seat in my stand to hold everything but lunch. I don't need to carry my binoculars, gutting stuff, No Doze. extra socks and stuff back and forth. I carry less than before but its still too much. Too bad about your stand placement, you put a lot of thought and work into it.

I will find something to keep my stuff in next year to keep out there. I am ok with the wrong placement as much as i don't like to say it, I have learned from it and I believe i know where its going next year.
