Rubber smell on new Burlys

I bought a new pair of Lacrosse Burlys and I can smell them from the other side of my garage...whats the trick to getting rid of the smell?

Take something like a couple of tomato stakes and stick them in the ground in a shady spot . Slide the boots on the stakes and let them air out for a couple days .

After that you could spray them with some scent killer . No wait ........no scent killer ...... that might be some sort of enhancement ! ')'>http://www.downsouthhuntingforums.com/images/smiles/picker.gif[/img]  Just kidding . TRy the Scent Killer if the smell persists .

Are those the green ones from bass pro? If they r I have the same ones and the same problem, I have bought them befor and the smell goes away after they are out of the box for a while.

Dust them with baking soda. Its the best deodorizer around!
