Five Seasons Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 (edited) most towns/counties have tax maps online. it still may not be obvious so you'll have to bring google earth into the picture. Also, it's sometimes hard to figure out the owner from a tax map, but if you can get the parcel ID you can search that parcel ID and find the owner, or search by owner last name and find the parcels they own. It gets a little scary as to what's available to joe public. here's what I use for wayne http://www.co.wayne.ny.us/departments/realproptax/TaxMaps-Disclaimer.htm use the tax map data then plug that into property data.
