NYSRPA lawsuit against SAFE has been filed

NYSRPA's lawsuit challenging the SAFE Act has been filed in federal district court in Buffalo.

It is going to take a lot of resources to fight this and individuals can help by becoming NYSRPA members and/or making donations to the legal defense fund.

Wow, I just did a quick read of this, and after reading it, it really makes the NY SAFE ACT so loose in wording and vagueness, I really don't see how this can not be tossed out. They have a couple of plaintiffs, that are disabled and this new law suit. Also they law is vague about a grip protruding below  the action. What constitutes protruding ?  Its well worth the read. I may print all 46 pages out to read it more.
