Early Posted April 5, 2013 Share Posted April 5, 2013 Shallow fry whole trout in a combination of butter and canola oil. Carefully remove the meat from the bones and enjoy with no embellishment beyond salt and pepper....maybe a little lemon juice. Those that propose recipes requiring many exotic ingredients, really do not like the taste of trout.
