cut corn hunting

ell they cut the corn on friday in back of my home. I went to check on my ground blind to see if I needed to add some more pine to them. I found that all the deer on the mountain were on the fresh cut corn field, I counted 7 doe, and 3 buck. With one buck that we all would consider a wall hanger.

I am hoping that when the rut kicks in the bucks will start to check out the pasture edges to the wood line for doe bedding areas.

I was down to my camp this weekend. I drove around the big block my land is in.......no standing corn in the entire vally (for 2 miles in all directions)..It has all been cut....I am so freaking excited I can hardly control myself...lol

hunting a cut corn field is a good bet!!!!

i love hunting near corn be it cut or standing!

I like having the corn around me cut....cuts down an the hiding places and forces them the use other areas as cover. but it still provides a food draw.
