Coyote hunting tonight

Coyote hunting really piques my interest.

I've gotten lucky with a few during the early morning hours, but would love to try them at night.

Issue is that I hunt alone and would rather have company if I were hunting at night.

Oh you'll have some company alright!!!(in the form of CANINES)LOL. That's all the company I seek when I go Yote' huntin'. I haven't been out since bow season opened. You guys getting any?

I'm really interested in doing some coyote hunting. I know absolutely nothing about where to look for them, how to bring them in etc.

How did you guys get started coyote hunting?

For me it was easy....one walked near where I was sitting.

At first I thought it was someone's dog...then as it got closer I saw it wasn't. He was loaded with Mange so it didn't matter where I hit him...nothing worthy for a taxidermist.

I didn't get any. But I always have a good time. I did call one in last week but we saw each other at the same time. It stopped down the trail and turned but decided not to shoot and educate him. Hunting varments are tough but its the challenge I like. Anytime you guys want to go, send me a pm and I'm there. There is a great site to go on and learn more. It's called "bark at the moon" and it's a coyote club.

I'm looking to pick up a .243 (hopefully used) and then I will take you up on this.

I'd love to get a coyote pelt.

I enjoy hunting but did not grow up doing it. Got my first deer a few years ago and am trying to do as much different hunting as I can.

Yeah, I've been a member there for a couple of seasons. There some good info.
