AR bill in 7M anybody heard anything?

I heard a few months ago that there was a bill in Albany to put AR's in 7M and a few other WMAs. Anybody seen any updates on this? Odds it'll happen this season?

It didn't pass. No AR's in 7M.  I think there was 2 other units in the bill. Did not pass.
