shawnhu
The reflective that we see in cams an when shining a light during night time is all due to the rear of the eye reflecting back. If an eye is not reflecting as it should, I suspect internal damage to that eye and again, may be blind in that eye. I don't believe it to be superficial outer coating damage. My fish gets eye infection from time to time, but always heals and the reflective never goes away.
