3R- restrictions?

Is 3R Bow only? Particularly I am asking about Schuyler - I got a friend who is looking for me to remove some coyotes and I don't know and can't find any Info regarding the use of shotguns or 22's in the area.

There is a Town of Orangetown law against discharging a firearm.Schyler road is way too populated to discharge a firearm.
