Hunting in Southeast Steuben County - Lindley?

I am looking at a Lease in the town of Lindley, which is located in the Southeast corner of Steuben County, close to PA.

 

Anyone have experience hunting this area?  I am strictly looking to deer hunt this land, and was wondering how the population is?

I haven't hunted there but I drive through there a lot. Should be decent hunting, but probably not huge numbers of deer, at least from what I can see form the road.

The Lindley area has always been excellent deer and turkey hunting.

It has also been an area where it's easy to get DMPs, at least the last few years.

I've lived about 15 minutes from Lindley all my life.
