I can see good and bad in the TV coverage of Buffalo creek flooding a neighborhood. The good is it gets the attention of local leadership in trying to correct the situation, but on the other hand, the neighbors affected by the flooding will find selling their properties at a good price more difficult due to the TV publicity. 

Of course, buying next to a river or creek prone to flooding must have crossed the minds of those who bought in the neighborhood in the first place.

Maybe Osama...I mean Obama will save them.
